Question by IBTHEGMAN: What are the emission and noise regulations as they pertain to Harley Davidson motorcyles?
I am a student at the Motorcycle Mechanics Institute. I am doing a presentation on the EPA standards and what Harley Davidson has done to meet them. I am doing a past, present, and future type outline. Any information/help would be greatly appreciated.

They pass all codes as delivered from the factory. If you put anything else on them, they will not pass the emissions or noise regulations.
