Not true. My bud got stopped, recently, for riding a 49cc Whizzer (motorized bicycle). City cops told him the displacement had to be no larger than 38cc.

To legally ride a MoPed on Texas roads you need to have a Motorcycle License:

I saw my psychopathic ex get jumped like this all the time and he wouldn’t even block. He would start fights on purpose. It’s like they like the pain and anger. He would laugh and brag about it later, though.

There has got to be some main stream inside their brain that can be fixed with something.Drs & phyciatric should figure something. Something to slow that chemical in their body that triggers dangerous impulses.
