I want to get a desktop that has windows 7, and is a tablet that uses a a pen. I saw something like that on occ choppers. They use it design their bikes and stuff, I want to design stuff, and use photoshop with a pen. I also want a dvd drive in there so I can download software. It also can’t be extremely expensive, please help

Actually there is I’m unsure of it’s origin sure if you ask the tech support at the store you go to they can most definately help you out!!!!

You could be talking about one of two things.
HP have a range of computers called TouchSmart. These are billed as all-in-one computers featuring a multi-touch screen. It’s not promoted much, but these screens also include a pen digitiser, so if you source a separate stylus you can use the computers like a tablet PC. However I suspect this wasn’t what you were talking about.
Normally design work using a desktop computer is done with a tablet. The predominant brand in the space is Wacom, so drop the name into Amazon and take you pick.
With all of this, the issue is going to be the software. While you can get open source and cheap, professional software for doing this stuff is exceedingly expensive.
